What does "Embroidery Included" mean?
Our listed prices include an embroidered logo up to 11 colors!
STANDARD LEFT CHEST: On most garments the embroidered logo or text is put on the left chest as you are wearing it. The only exception would be on garments that have inside pockets or brand logos already in that location. Then we will suggest right chest. (on pocketed shirts, logo is placed ABOVE the pocket) Left chest size is up to 4.50-4.75 wide X 3.75 in height and up to 17,000 stitches. 95% of chest & cap logos fall in this stitch count range. Typically, shields, crests and badges are in the higher stitch count range due to detail and large filled in areas. CAP EMBROIDERY: Prices listed for cap embroidery includes logo or text on the front of the cap at 2 inches high X 4.50 approx. wide. Logos must be at least 1/2 - 3/4 inch above the bill for embroidery.
**Small text must be at least 1/4 inch to be clean and readable with embroidery.
**Keep in mind that the quantity pricing is based on the same logo and same thread color scheme in that logo on all pieces. (caps and hats can not be combined) If we can set up our machines and run all your pieces at one time, you get the discount. If you have different color shemes based on fabric color, we do charge a bit more per piece to allow for extra labor. Email us and we can provide accurate pricing for you.
What is not included?
Personalized names, additional locations such as back of the collar/neck area, full backs, additional sleeve embroidery, hip embroidery, side of caps, back of caps etc. are all an additional cost to our listed prices.
Special Considerations:
We are not able to embroider cuffs or small areas unless designs are 1 inch X 1 inch and we still suggest you contact us first for a quote and suggestions. Fees to vary so please contact us for pricing on extra locations.
We can embroider on sleeves (upper shoulder) but there are limitations. Design must be no larger than 3.50 wide and often times ladies shirts in the small sizes are not possible due to limited opening in the sleeve. We suggest you contact us to help you determine best placement for your logo/text.
We do not embroider velcro straps or bills of caps.
Extra Locations Pricing Estimate:
$8.00 to add a name (one line of text) . If two lines of text cost is $11.00. Three lines of text is $14.00.
Additional locations on sleeve, hip and back of neck/collar area vary depending on stitch count and quantity orders. On average this is approx a $10-12 additional fee per item. Please email us with your design and quantity and we can give you an accurate quote.
Full back embroidery is again based on stitch count and quantity. Simple full backs in quantity can range $20-25 additional fee per item, while complex full backs could be as high as $50-100 more per item. To receive a quote, please email us and we can assist you in getting you accurate pricing.
